My sons and I just finished the entire series starting with Hatchet. We have loved listening to it. Most boys these days don’t get to experience the full outdoors, let alone have to survive in it. We liked the author’s book that explains the real life events that inspired the story and how he tested everything to see if it could really happen the way he wrote it!
