Love the books.I started reading them after watching the 1st movie. I could say that Katniss having to choose Gale or Peeta is very Twilightish.

Overall, they are VERY great books. Also, they aren’t about kids being forced to kill each other, it’s about saving the capital from destruction (and a corrupt government) and it is about the hardships faced along the way, which are similar to many of the hardships people face in life, not killing people, but doing what is right and going throughout life without giving in to evilness.

I read all of the books, and have seen the movies, even catching fire. The last book in the end is really disturbing, but I really liked the series even though it was a horrible notion.

Ok, So the trilogy is a pretty good read. The theme in the books all about Government and control. In the third book, we see a different type of Governmnet besides The Capital. Both types are all about control.

I don’t like this. There’s no real point. It’s just about kids, teenagers, and adults being forced to kill each other by an evil government.
